FLCC's Viticulture and Wine Center is based in the Cornell Agriculture and Food Technology Park in Geneva, NY, and is the home to our two-year A.A.S. in viticulture and wine technology, and viticulture certificate programs.

About the Viticulture Center

Learning Vineyard, Lab, and More

The Viticulture and Wine Center is located in Geneva, NY. Here, students gain practical winemaking experience in a region where advanced agricultural research is taking place. The Center features a teaching winery and vineyard, enology laboratory, aging rooms, wine storage, a crush pad, a classroom, a kitchen area, and office space.

Hours

The FLCC Viticulture and Wine Center is open Monday-Friday from 9 AM-10 PM for classes and students in the Viticulture and Wine Technology program. Public appointments can be made by request.
