The Viticulture and Wine Center is located in Geneva, NY. Here, students gain practical winemaking experience in a region where advanced agricultural research is taking place.

The Center features a teaching winery and vineyard, an enology laboratory, aging rooms, wine storage, a crush pad, a classroom, a kitchen area, and office space.
