How to Log in to Office 365 Student Email

Username: MyFLCC username@fingerlakes.edu (Jake Smith = jsmith@fingerlakes.edu)
Password: MyFLCC password
- Note: Your MyFLCC password is used to access FLCC student portals (such as Student Email, Outlook, and Brightspace)

My FLCC Password Does Not Work

You will need to access MyFLCC and change your password
Changing your password can only be done in MyFLCC
It will allow the sync with your Office 365 Student Email account

Resetting Your Password?

Important note: Attempting to reset your password through the "Can't access your account" link on the Office 365 page will not allow the reset to go through successfully. You may only reset your password in MyFLCC.
