The IT Helpdesk is a student centered organization that is there to assist students with:

  • Questions regarding Student Email and Webadvisor
  • Connecting all personal devices to the FLCCwifi network connection.
  • Basic Brightspace navigation and password changes.
  • Webadvisor password changes.
  • Basic Microsoft questions

While the Helpdesk does assist students with personal laptops and devices, we cannot offer repair services or virus removal.
