Your Finger Lakes Community College transcript is the official, permanent record of all the undergraduate courses you have taken while attending FLCC. In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act, your FLCC transcript can only be released with your written authorization. FLCC has partnered with Parchment Exchange to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of official transcripts.

Official transcript requests cost $5 per address/email address requested, and are payable through the Parchment Exchange network via credit or debit card.*

If you know your WebAdvisor login and password, login to WebAdvisor, select the students menu and then "Transcript Request." You will be taken automatically to the Parchment Exchange website to complete the transcript request and payment process.
Forgot your WebAdvisor Login and Password?
If you do not know or remember your WebAdvisor login and password, login directly through the Parchment Exchange website to request your official transcript. The first time you visit the Parchment Exchange website, you will be required to set up an account that can be utilized for future FLCC transcript requests.
*Please note: Official transcript requests cannot be filed by students with an outstanding financial obligation to the college. If you have a financial hold on your account, please contact Student Accounts at 585-785-1405.
Need an Unofficial Transcript?
An unofficial copy of your FLCC transcript contains the same coursework information as your official transcript, but is not suitable for transmission to third-parties for purposes of transfer or evidence of course/degree completion.
A copy of your unofficial transcript can be obtained through your WebAdvisor account (select the students menu and then "Transcript"). If you do not know or remember your WebAdvisor login or password, please visit the WebAdvisor login page for instructions on obtaining your login and password.
Unofficial transcripts through WebAdvisor are provided free of charge.
