Spring 2025 Gemini Registration

Gemini registration for Spring 2025 is now open. Please complete your registration by March 6.

• Step 1: Complete your Gemini Registration Form
• Step 2: Complete your Gemini Payment Form - Gemini payment form (Social Security Number required)
• Step 3: Complete a Certificate of Residency Form (not required for Ontario County residents)
  • Download and print the Affidavit and Application for a Certificate of Residence.
  • Submit this form to your county to receive your Certificate of Residence.
  • Submit your Certificate of Residence to the Office of Student Accounts or the One Stop Center as soon as you receive it.

Note: Certificates of Residency are valid when issued within 60 days prior to the student's registration date and 30 days after the start of classes. Certificates are valid for one year from the date of issuance. Students who fail to submit a Certificate of Residence will be charged an Out-of-County tuition premium. The Out-of-County tuition premium for the 2024-2025 Academic Year is $145.00 per credit hour.

Dropping a Gemini Course

The Gemini add/drop period for Spring 2025 goes until March 27. Email Gemini@flcc.edu if you need to add or drop a class or if you made an error on your registration form. You can drop a course without financial or academic penalty until March 27.

If you wish to withdraw from a course after March 27, please complete the Gemini Drop Request form. The withdrawal deadline is April 22. 

Students who miss the withdrawal deadline should contact the Gemini office at Gemini@flcc.edu for the late withdrawal petition. Students who withdraw after the drop deadline will receive a “W” grade on their FLCC transcript. They are still responsible for the Gemini fee.

The last day of instruction and the last day to petition for late withdrawal is June 20. The last day of instruction for fall and full-year courses is June 20, 2025.

Fall Gemini grades are posted by high school faculty on June 25.
