This program provides practical tools for engaging in disagreement without damaging relationships or creating hostile environments. Participants will practice listening, questioning, reframing, and finding common ground.
Learning Objectives:
  • Differentiate disagreement from disrespect.
  • Apply active listening techniques during difficult conversations.
  • Identify common ground between individuals with opposing viewpoints.
  • Practice responding constructively to challenging statements.
