This program provides practical tools for engaging in disagreement without damaging relationships or creating hostile environments. Participants will practice listening, questioning, reframing, and finding common ground. Learning Objectives: Differentiate disagreement from disrespect. Apply active listening techniques during difficult conversations. Identify common ground between individuals with opposing viewpoints. Practice responding constructively to challenging statements.
