About
Lilah joined the Center for Student Well-Being team as the Director of Counseling in March 2025. She provides support and direct supervision to staff, leads FLCC and SUNY initiatives, and offers counseling services to students.
Prior to FLCC, Lilah worked for over 20 years in outpatient mental health services. She brings a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to leadership and counseling. She believes people have the power to change when they're ready and supported.
Lilah is thankful for the opportunity to meet with students and likes to learn something new every day. Mindfulness and a growth mindset are two areas of interest.
