A Simple Path Back
College is rarely a one-and-done journey. Life can take detours, and FLCC is here to get you back on track toward your degree and career dreams. We’re committed to giving you the support you need, from flexible classes and tutoring to one-on-one guidance and more.
Returning to FLCC is Easy
Former degree-seeking students planning to return to a degree program after being away from FLCC for six years or less just need to fill out a form to get started. You'll receive an email regarding the status of your application.
Rematriculation FormReturning after more than 6 years away? Not a problem. You can reapply to FLCC and speak with an admissions counselor to discuss how your previous college credits can be applied.
Support for Returning Students
Returning to college after some time away can feel like a big step, but you’re not on your own. We have a dedicated team to make your transition back as smooth as possible. From the moment you show interest in returning, we’ll support you with services designed just for you.
Managing Your Past-Due Balance
If you left FLCC with an unpaid balance or had to stop attending because of financial concerns, don’t let that stop you from finishing your degree. We offer two programs designed to help reduce or defer your student debt, making it easier for you to return to college.
The return to finish program is available for students who last attended in Summer 2017 or earlier and have an outstanding debt to the college. If approved for this program, you can re-enroll in courses while your debt is on hold. Once you complete your degree or certificate, we will forgive up to $1,200 of that previous debt.
