This event marks the signing of the U.S. Constitution.
In this session, Professors Eric Duchess and James Valenti of the Social Science Department will explore constitutional role of the U.S. Supreme Court and the lifecycle of a Supreme Court case, from the legal origins and selection for a hearing, to the courtroom proceedings, deliberations, the final decision-making process, and implementation.
