Spring into Nature and Mindfulness: A Spring Equinox Celebration
Saturday, March 21, 2026
Welcome the spring season with journaling, a nature walk, and mindfulness exercises at Muller Field Station.
Nature journaling connects with all observation styles and the 5 senses to ground us in this new spring season. Participants will be led on an interpretive walk along the channel trail, with a nature journaling exercise along the way. Participants will be encouraged to find a sit-spot, observe, and record their observations through writing and drawing. Journals and writing and drawing utensils will be supplied, but participants are welcome to bring their own.
Following our walk and journaling, the program will conclude with a mindfulness activity led by Alli Esposito, former Assistant Director of Muller Field Station! Alli is the founder of One With All, a heart-centered wellness platform offering yoga, Reiki, and immersive retreats inspired by the wisdom of the Earth. With a background in natural resource conservation and park management, she weaves mindful movement, meditation, and nature-based teachings to create spaces that feel grounding, restorative, and deeply connected.
Participants should come prepared to be outside in all elements; rain (or winter) jackets, boots (or shoes they don’t mind getting muddy), and clothes for moving around.
- Cost: Free
Registration is required as space is limited.
