Serenity House
Our Volunteers are the backbone of the House. They care for the physical needs and daily activities of our residents, including holding hands, reading out loud, showering, talking, laughing, and even crying. Other duties include laundry, running the dishwasher, and running errands. All Volunteers work 4-hour shifts in pairs, and there is always a Nurse on call. Non-caregivers mow the lawn, maintain the gardens, plow and shovel snow, and help with household repairs. They are also welcome to help with our fundraisers. You must download and fill out an application from the website and return it via mail, fax, or email to Serenity House of Victor, Inc., 1278 Brace Road, Victor, NY 14564. The fax number is (585) 924-0201.(Updated 7/2021)
