Julia Cooks at Home is a compilation of recipes that have been used over the years in our student restaurant, Julia. Compiled by FLCC's culinary program faculty Patrick Rae and Jamie Rotter, the book contains 103 pages of recipes from soups to desserts and everything in between. Proceeds from the book sales will benefit our food pantry on campus.
