Dinner at Julia

For a few select Friday evenings each fall, FLCC's Stage 14 transforms into a unique dining experience, thanks to the students and faculty in the Culinary Arts capstone course. Dinner at Julia offers innovative, multi-course menus in an upscale restaurant environment.

Experience Dinner at Julia

Dinner at Julia typically offers two menus at each service. One focuses on French cuisine inspired by the late Julia Child, and the second offers international or American regional cuisine. Students in the culinary arts program will prepare the meal under the direction of their instructors. Students rotate through the restaurant's operations weekly, learning to fill various positions, from chef de cuisine to dishwasher.
