The Office of Housing and Residential Life is committed to assisting students locate suitable housing accommodations. Whether you’re interested in The Suites at Laker Landing or looking for an apartment off campus, our office is here as a resource for you as you consider your housing options.
We want your housing experience to be a positive one that complements your academic growth. Even after you have selected a place to live, we are here to provide guidance and answers to questions you might have regarding your living arrangements.
Living close to campus can be convenient and affordable, and can enrich your college experience here at FLCC. There is a wide range of housing opportunities to explore at FLCC.
The Suites at Laker Landing are apartment-style student housing conveniently located next to FLCC’s nature trails, tennis courts and arboretum, and features lighted walkways to FLCC’s main building. Enjoy the comfort of full kitchens, wireless Internet access, single occupancy bedrooms, in-building laundry, fitness facilities, lounge and study areas.
Applying for housing at The Suites is a separate process from applying to FLCC. The College does not own or operate any on-campus housing. The Suites are a separate entity from that of FLCC and are owned and operated by Association Housing, LLC. If you are a future student and are newly admitted into the College, FLCC does not guarantee you housing. If interested in inquiring about The Suites, the Office of Housing and Residential Life will gladly provide guidance and answers to any questions you may have.

Although FLCC does not own or endorse any off-campus properties, the Office of Housing and Residential Life is happy to assist those students who are looking for off-campus housing. Check out our Rental Property Listing, an online resource where students can find available housing in FLCC’s service area. New students are urged to look for housing during the winter and spring months for the upcoming fall semester, and in the fall months for the upcoming spring semester.
