E-billing (electronic billing) is a service which enables a student to view their billing statement on the web and submit payments online. Billing statements are available within WebAdvisor. An e-mail notification will be sent to your official FLCC student e-mail (AXP) account when an e-bill is available for viewing.
Please Note: Your e-bill reflects your account activity captured at the moment in time when the bill is generated. Each time a change to your student account occurs a new e-bill will be generated and an e-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail account.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I receive a paper bill instead of the e-bill?
No, all enrolled students will receive an e-bill. If you want a paper copy of your bill, you can log into your account on WebAdvisor and print a copy. If a student does not have a printer, he or she can print their bill in computer labs throughout campus or in the library.
What happens if I do not pay on time because I did not open my electronic billing statement?
Official e-mail notifications that bills are available will be sent to students through their FLCC student e-mail (AXP) account.
Please remember that FLCC is not responsible for e-mail accounts that have been disabled due to filled inboxes or other reasons. You will be responsible for payment of your bill by the due date even if the e-mail notification has not been viewed. If you do not pay your own FLCC bill, you may sign up your parents, guardians or other authorized payers to view and pay your bill. This will help to ensure that payments are made by the due date. Payments not received by the due date will incur a $20 late payment fee.
Students and authorized users are able to check the student’s account online at any time. We suggest that WebAdvisor be checked periodically regardless of whether or not an e-mail has been received. Please remember, paper bills will no longer be mailed.
What types of payments are accepted?
FLCC accepts cash, personal checks, and money orders. E-check (ACH) and credit card payments can also be made online through WebAdvisor. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. There is a $3.00 fee to make payments using e-check(ACH). Credit card payments incur a service charge that is 2.5% of the transaction amount. To avoid these service charges, please mail in your check or money order or utilize our Credit Card Authorization form at www.flcc.edu/pdf/bursar/creditauthform.pdf.
What is e-check or ACH?
FLCC allows students and authorized users to make a payment with e-check through WebAdvisor. There is a $3.00 service charge for making a payment with e-check. Payments with e-check will create an ACH transaction to your checking or savings account. All payments processed as an e-check without available funds or with a cancellation of funds will result in a $20.00 fee.
How do new students set up and access online billing and payment options?
- To access your bill please visit https://webadvisor.flcc.edu. Log in with your User ID and Password, click on the "Students" menu and then on "My E-Bills"
- To access payment options please visit www.flcc.edu/studentaccounts.
