Higher One Card

The FLCC Higher One Card is the disbursal system used at Finger Lakes Community College to disburse excess financial aid to students.  Please review the information below for more information about the process and the card.

Your card will be sent to you approximately one week after you complete your FLCC Application, Financial Aid Application (FAFSA), and you register for classes.  The card is sent to your address of file (see a sample of the envelope below).  Please make sure you keep your address current!  Once you receive your card you need to take action to designate your 'refund preference', you have three options.
