DESCRIPTION:The culinary arts program will host seven Dinner at Julia restaurant nights open to the public on the following Fridays: Sept. 25; Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30; and Nov. 13*. The Julia series provides hands-on experience for culinary arts and hospitality students and a multi-course gourmet meal for participants. Seating times are 5:30 and 7 p.m. in Stage 14 on the second floor of the main campus. Dinner is $50 per person to cover the cost of food. Reservations are required at Julia@flcc.edu or (585) 785-1476. FLCC will begin accepting reservations on Monday, Sept. 14. Participants can bring wine or buy student-made wine upon arrival. Dietary restrictions can usually be accommodated if shared at the time of reservation. *Dates are subject to change.
