DESCRIPTION:Most recent menu PLEASE NOTE: As of Sept. 24, the Oct. 3 and Oct. 10 dates are booked with a waitlist. Please reserve for a following date. The culinary arts program will host six Dinner at Julia restaurant nights open to the public this fall. The Julia series provides hands-on experience for culinary arts students and a five-course gourmet meal for participants. Dinner is $50 per person to cover the cost of food. Reservations are required; most dates sell out. Participants can bring wine or buy student-made wine upon arrival. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
