DESCRIPTION:This weekend, FLCC hosts the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Men’s Volleyball National Invitational Tournament.Games start at 9 a.m. Friday and 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The schedule is available online and will be updated as competition nears. Each matchup lasts about 90 minutes. ATTEND IN PERSON Community members can attend for $10 (cash only) per day at the door. WATCH on TV or ONLINE Court 1 will be broadcast live on the Finger Lakes Television network with play-by-play commentary. Frank Clark, state champion assistant boys volleyball coach for Penfield and current FLCC head softball coach, will provide the play-by-play on Court 1 on Friday and Saturday. Andrew Solomon, coach of the Laker’s regional champion women’s team, will provide play-by-play on the final day. Finger Lakes TV is available on Roku, a 24/7 web stream, Spectrum Cable channel 1304 in the western Finger Lakes, and the Cablecast app for Apple and Android. Court 1 will also be shown on the FLCC Athletics YouTube channel. Court 2 will be available on FLCC Athletics YouTube channel.
