Scholarship
Application Checklist
- Review
all application instructions carefully?
- Request
recommendation letters if required by criteria from an instructor, employer,
etc.?
- Sign and
date the scholarship application form?
- Provide
a typed essay which has been proofread for clarity and grammar?
- Submit
a complete and separate application packet for each scholarship for
which you have applied? See the complete scholarship application packet
contents listed above.
- Make copies
of your application(s) for your records?
- Submit
your application packet by 5 p.m. on or before the deadline?
- Submit
your application packet to the appropriate office?
- Send a
thank you note to anyone who completed a recommendation for you?
