Steps to Routing a Proposal

A proposal to any funding source must be approved prior to submission by completion and processing of the concept approval form. The form must include budget and cost sharing information (estimated if necessary). A complete form with all required signatures, must be submitted to the Grants Office as far in advance of the proposal submission deadline as possible.


The concept form requires the following signatures before submission to the Grants Office:

Supervising Officer

Once the Grants Office receives a complete concept form, a routing form is prepared to secure final approval.
