On behalf of the
Bursar's staff, welcome to FLCC! Bursar is a Latin term meaning "official
in charge of funds." There are many ways we will make your campus
experience more enjoyable. To make you familiar with the purpose and
functions of our office, it is best to start with what we do.
The Bursar's
Office is responsible for the college's accounts receivable, that
is money owed to FLCC. As such, our office will play an important
part in your college life, and you will interact with us in several
ways. These include maintaining your student account, sending you
a semester bill upon pre-registration, receiving your payments and
certificate of residence, disbursing your financial aid and other
monies owed to you. Our primary goal is to provide these services
in the most efficient and convenient manner.
We invite you
to visit our office so that we might answer your questions. We also
appreciate your suggestions on how services can continue to be improved.
