FLCC Smartsaver SUNY ID Card

Every registered student is eligible for a FLCC Smartsaver SUNY ID card. The photo ID card is an integral part of the student's experience at Finger Lakes Community College. It can be obtained in the Student Life Center during posted hours. The ID card provides access to the Internet, computer lab, library, fitness center, Student events, book vouchers and meal plans.

Q: What is it?

A: A photo ID necessary for access to the Internet, computer lab, library, fitness center, student events, book vouchers, meal plans, and book buy backs.

Q: Where do I get it?

A: Student Life Center on the second floor at specified times.

Q: When can I use it as a debit card?

A: The FLCC SMARTSAVER SUNY ID can be used like a debit card after the Card is activated with either CASH or excess FINANCIAL AID.

Q: Where do I get the Smartsaver Card activated?

A: In the Campus Book Store.

Q: Where can I use the debit card?

A: In the Carousel for food and the Campus Book Store for supplies and gifts.

Q: Is there a benefit to using the debit card?

A: A 15% Added value is added with a cash deposit.

Q: Is there an expiration date on the card?

A: Student balances expire annually on May 30th.

Q: What happens if I lose my card?

A: Notify the Student Life Office immediately. A replacement card can be obtained in the Student Life Office for $10.00.
