Fitness Center

The Finger Lakes Community College Fitness Center is open to all students, employees, and alumni. The Fitness Center is located in the gymnasium in Room D-504. Equipped with state-of-the-art strength training and cardiovascular equipment that has been provided by the FLCC Association. Hours of operation are determined on a monthly basis and schedules are available at the beginning of each month.

An orientation on the use of the fitness center is available from the physical education and integrated health care department.

The department also offers open hours for gymnasium use that are also scheduled on a monthly basis. A FLCC Smartsaver SUNY ID is required. Alumni may contact Susan Beach in A147 or at extension 7454 for an alumni card.
