ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF STUDENT LIFE
Responsibility for student leadership initiatives and volunteer opportunities. Serve as co-advisor to Campus Activities Board and Student Corp. committees. Assist with coordination of new student orientation programs and co-curricular programming for the student body. Provide admin. support to the Student Life Office and serve as Evening Administrator. ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT
Senior level administrative position responsible for management of major institutional projects and the coordination of accreditation activities and institutional effectiveness measures. Facilitates the work of senior staff to ensure the College meets its strategic and operational objectives and to determine the data/information needs of the College. Represents the President at a variety of functions including meetings of educational organizations, governmental and community groups, as required. Master’s Degree in higher education administration, management, business or related field and minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in institutional research, management, planning, legal affairs or related field, preferably in a higher education setting. Community college experience desirable. Excellent quantitative, organizational, interpersonal and project management skills required. ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT OF STUDENT AFFAIRS
Responsible for the direction and leadership of student and residence life, student health, academic standards, judicial affairs, advisement and personal development. Provide leadership for the development and implementation of student affairs policies that support a quality living/learning environment support student retention and success. Create a culture of evaluation and assessment that leads to continual improvement.
Candidate should have knowledge of residence life issues, student affairs practices, laws, and regulations. Must be able to foster a strong relationship between student and academic affairs and possess strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills. Show demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships, mentor staff and students, and promote high ethical standards.
Master’s Degree in student personnel services, higher education, adult education, or related field required. Seven (7) years of related student affairs experience, at least 3 of which have been in an administrative position(s); community college experience preferred. Experience in judicial affairs and/or residence life preferred. Must have demonstrated ability to supervise and provide leadership in administering a comprehensive student affairs program.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
Serves as an in in-house consultant interfacing between the College’s ERP (Colleague) system users and the Information Technology staff in assessing and describing business function requirements and recommending technological solutions. The Systems Analyst is responsible for working with office heads and individual users to re-design business processes to improve productivity and enable the effective incorporation of technology in the integration and support of business functions. The Business Systems Analyst coordinates efforts with other IT staff members to ensure an integrated and seamless approach to business systems drawing on ERP, Web and Desktop computing technologies. This position works cooperatively with the Coordinator of Administrative Computing to provide user assistance in accessing and utilizing Colleague, generating queries and reports, and other database transactions including the collection and dissemination of data via web-based forms and applications. The Business Analyst assists the Coordinator of Administrative Computing in implementing Colleague and Webadvisor revisions and other system changes, user training efforts, and management of the administrative information system, serving as the principle backup for the Colleague, Unix, Unidata, and WebAdvisor administrator.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Computer related field and minimum of two years’ experience supporting users of business applications in a multi-user, centralized database environment is required. The position requires strong analytical, technical, organizational, and communication skills; and an understanding of business functions, and the ability to translate business processes, work flows, and user requirements into technical descriptions. Experience in the programming of online transactions, batch processes, screens and reports utilizing SQL or higher level tools is also required along with demonstrable proficiency in Windows-based desktop applications. Knowledge of business operations in a higher education setting to include admissions, registration, financial aid and student accounts, particularly with Datatel’s Colleague, is highly desirable. Experience with Human Resources, Payroll, and Financial operations; and knowledge of Unix and experience with programming in java and C+, HTML, XML, XSLT. Windows applications preferred. Salary: Low to mid fifties.

Manages the Advancement Office, including media relations, development, community and business partnerships, public relations and events management. Serves as the chief spokesperson for the College. Master’s Degree with minimum five years public affairs, institutional advancement, or similar experience required.
