A.A.S. Culinary Arts Degree

Our associate degree program in Culinary Arts includes 600 hours of professional work experience. Gain a comprehensive food and wine education while learning restaurant management skills. Program graduates earn culinary positions at restaurants, banquet halls, catering companies, and hotels. General education classes complement Culinary Arts coursework for those transferring to a four-year school.

Culinary Arts Certificate

Our Culinary Arts Certificate program combines 300 hours of professional work experience with essential food and hospitality instruction. With fewer credit hours than the associate degree program, you can earn a college education quickly while remaining in the workforce. Program graduates have launched culinary careers as chefs, cooks, and menu planners.

The Culinary Arts Certificate program is also a popular program for foodies, hobbyists, and those looking for a new career.
