The Co-Op Experience

Smart Systems Technologies students complete 270 hours of paid co-op work. This applied learning experience helps you develop troubleshooting, calibration, automation, and quality improvement skills. Showcase your initiative, drive, and problem-solving abilities during your co-op placement. You'll also address complex scenarios as part of a high-functioning team.

Prepare for Employment

After completing a co-op placement, many Smart Systems Technologies students continue their employment and launch careers as part-time or full-time employees.

At the completion of your co-op, you'll share the knowledge and skills you gained with faculty, staff, students, industry mentors, workforce and economic developers, and the community.
