Culinary Arts Programs

A.A.S. Culinary Arts

This program includes 600 hours of professional work experience, wine and beverage education, and restaurant management skills, making you valuable to employers in the hospitality industry. Many graduates pursue culinary positions at restaurants, banquet halls, catering companies, and hotels. Additional general education requirements provide you with a well-rounded education that complements the core Culinary Arts curriculum and gives you the option to continue on at a four-year school.

A.A.S. Culinary Arts

Culinary Arts Certificate

This program combines 300 hours of professional work experience with essential food and hospitality instruction. With fewer course requirements than the A.A.S. degree program, you will have the flexibility to earn a college education while remaining in the workforce. Many students earning their Culinary Arts certificate are enrolled part-time. Graduates have launched culinary careers as chefs, cooks, and menu planners. This is also a popular program for foodies, hobbyists, and those looking to re-skill into a new career later in life.
